Jeremy Flitter (Owner & Project Coordinator) has been with Goodrich Construction since 1999. He graduated from the Mankato State University Construction Management program.
“I like the variety of jobs we work on. I started here after the St. Peter tornado and loved working on restoring historic homes and working on detail oriented projects. Since then, I have moved to the office side of the business and work with people from the design of their project through completion. This has been very rewarding. In cases of natural disasters, water or fire damage, the gratification you get from helping someone in need and seeing a happy customer at the end has been one of the reasons I have enjoyed and will continue to work in this field.”
Jeremy enjoys riding motorcycles & spending time with his family and friends.
Randy Dinsmore (Project Coordinator) has been in the construction industry since 1978, working with Goodrich Construction since 1981.
“My father was a carpenter, my grandfather was a carpenter, you might say it’s in my blood. The unique challenges of remodeling and historic restoration offer an interesting and rewarding career. Homes with families living in them have been my workplace for a quarter of a century. I take pride in delivering a superior finished project while being sensitive to the presence of children, pets and family heirlooms. Satisfaction, for me, is a repeat customer.”
Eric Peterson (Project Coordinator) has been with Goodrich Construction since 2011. He graduated from the Minnesota State University, Mankato Construction Management program in 2009.
“Since helping my parents put an addition on our home in middle school, I’ve had an interest in construction. During college, I worked at Menards and Sears, which helped develop my communication skills and confirmed that I wanted a career in the residential construction industry. When I started at Goodrich, I didn’t have much construction experience—just a strong desire to learn. Thankfully, I was surrounded by an incredibly skilled and supportive team who helped me grow into my role, first as a Carpenter and now as a Project Coordinator. I love the variety that remodeling offers, especially the unique challenges and problem-solving each project brings. What I enjoy most is seeing the final transformations and the excitement on our customers’ faces when their project is completed with care and efficiency.”
Eric enjoys hands-on projects, exploring the wilderness on ATVs, and backyard bonfires with his friends and family.
